SAC currently has a total of fifteen voting members – thirteen elected members have children enrolled in the School.   The nomination and election process takes place each spring with one third of the elected members up for election each year.  Any parent or legal guardian of a student who has completed one year at St. Mary’s Catholic School is eligible to be nominated.  Elected members serve 3 year terms. 

The remaining two members are individuals appointed by the Pastor and Principal from the larger parish community and have no children in this School.  Their terms of office are determined by the Pastor and can be no longer than three years.  In addition, the Pastor, the Principal and the Director of Advancement are non-voting ex officio members.
